These terms govern your use of this website and any services booked or requested through it, run by Mayowa O. George on behalf of Soft-Web Digital. By using this site, booking a strategy session, or submitting a questionnaire, you agree to these terms.

1. Who this site is

This is the personal and professional site of Mayowa O. George, product strategist and founder of Soft-Web Digital. Services referenced on this site, strategy consulting, business and system automation, and SaaS development, are delivered either personally or through the Soft-Web Digital team.

2. Use of this site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You won't:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its admin systems, or its data
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content without permission
• Submit false information through the contact, questionnaire, or booking forms
• Use the site to distribute malware or harmful content

3. Free resources and content

Free resources, guides, and blog content on this site are provided for informational purposes. Unlocking a resource by submitting your name and email also adds you to the newsletter list, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Strategy sessions, consultations, and quotes

Booking a free strategy session, submitting a questionnaire, or requesting a quote does not itself create a binding contract for paid work. A separate agreement, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in writing before any paid engagement begins.

Advice given during a free session reflects a professional opinion based on the information provided at the time, and isn't a guarantee of specific business, technical, or financial outcomes.

5. Paid engagements

Any paid work, consulting, automation, or SaaS development, is governed by the specific proposal, contract, or invoice agreed between you and Soft-Web Digital for that engagement. These general Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.

6. No guaranteed results

Case studies, testimonials, and figures referenced on this site (revenue generated, products shipped, clients served) describe actual past outcomes for specific clients under specific circumstances. They illustrate what's possible, not a guarantee that any particular engagement will produce the same results.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites, including client websites and social media profiles. I'm not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayowa O. George and Soft-Web Digital aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, outside of a specific paid engagement governed by its own contract.
